When you need to do something, you need to think of how many actions are involved. If there is only 1 action required, then you should just do it. It is quicker to do a single action than spending the time processing it through any sort of To-do List. However, if more than 1 action is required, then you should create a Project and then collate each action within that Project.
Therefore a Project is a collection of 2 or more related tasks.
